1991-92 Charles Barkley Game-Worn Sixers Jersey (Rare Style)
It's hard to tell which is more radical, the Philadelphia 76ers colors of the early '90s or the player who donned the offered jersey. After departing from their standard red-and-white uniforms of the '80s, the Sixers opted for bizarre colors in the early '90s when Champion redesigned the jerseys following the Sand Knit days. Multi-colored stars were a little too wild as this design only lasted three years. This [size] "50" home jersey was worn by Charles Barkley during his final season in the City of Brotherly Love. Moderate superstar wear is exhibited with light ruckling and fraying on the identifiers. "BARKLEY" is applied to the verso in single-color blue. The numerals are sewn on in a patriotic two-color drop-shadow, blue-on-red tackle twill. Tail tagging includes a Champion year tag (with body length +2") and a size tag. A requisite for the advancing NBA jersey collector.
