1976 Sacramento Solons Game-Worn Complete Uniform, PCL League
The Pacific Coast League has been the home to some of baseball's top players. Jerseys from the league are highly collected and very desirable to jersey aficionados. This unique uniform was worn by the Sacramento Solons in 1976. The jersey (#6) shows great season-long use with great puckering on the numerals. Yellow and navy blue piping outlines the entire jersey and a special Sacramento 1776-1976 commemorative patch resides on the right sleeve. The bright yellow shorts have navy blue piping and "Doyle" is written in the pants in blue felt tip. Both the jersey and shorts have a "CVC Sports Sand Knit" and Sand Knit size tags. A great piece of PCL history.
