Charity football games are a thing of the past. Now players would shy away from any contact in any game which is not league sanctioned. In the 1930's it was not uncommon for the champions of the NFL to take on college All-Stars. This New York Giants vs. Ernie Nevers Pacific Coast All-Americans program is in EX condition. A very light fold appears on the covers but the publication is clean and firmly bound. Nevers coached the Pac Coast All-Americans and plenty of page-sized photos give fans a glimpse of the game during its infancy. Also included is a ticket stub from the game which labels it as "Season's Closing Classic." The stub has a few small tone spots but is also in EX condition.
