2001 Tommy Polley Game-Worn Rams Jersey (Super Bowl)
Tommy Polley's 2001 rookie season with the Rams was surely one to remember. The outside linebacker worked his way into the starting lineup early in the season, and stayed there all the way through the Super Bowl. Polley wore this road jersey either in the big game versus the New England Patriots or during the season. If he didn't wear the jersey in the Super Bowl it served as his backup. One thing if for sure, Polley wore this jersey at some point in the season. There are faint traces of green turf paint along the shoulder seams, as well as an unrepaired cut on the right sleeve. A Super Bowl XXXVI patch highlights the left shoulder. The number identifiers are sewn-on in two-color tackle twill, and the NOB is sewn onto a name plate in midnight navy blue. The Reebok tail label is affixed with [size] "50" and "6 L.B." flag tags. A "01-50" swatch occupies the inner collar.
