 1957 Milwaukee Braves World Series Champion Team-Signed National League Baseball1957 was a memorable year for the Milwaukee Braves. The Braves shocked the baseball world by beating the New York Yankees in a 7 game World Series. Signatures on the ball include Hall of Famers Hank Aaron, Warren Spahn, Eddie Mathews, & Red Schoendienst. This Warren Giles Official National League Baseball contains the signatures of 24 members from that victorious season. Nippy Jones signature confirms this ball to be from the '57 championship season, the only year he was on the team. A light coat of shellack has preserved the blue ink signatures to a high quality.
