Extremely Rare 1931 "Babe Ruth's All-Star Team" Louisville Slugger Dealer Poster, 8 HOFers

One of the most desirable of all vintage Ruthian memorabilia is this 1931 Louisville Slugger advertising poster depicting the major leagues' best hitters as selected by Babe Ruth. In fine original condition, this thick stock 12-1/2" x 19" poster states, "The Babe's Pick for his All-Star Team Pick Louisville Slugger." Features great photos of all, including Hack Wilson, Chuck Klein, Mickey Cochrane, Bill Terry, Fred Lindstrom, All Simmons, Charlie Gehringer and Joe Cronin - each a legendary Hall of Famer and superstar of the era. These were sent to dealers by Hillerich & Bradsby with the suggestion they display them in their front windows. RARE by any definition, the only other example offered in the last several years was a single specimen found in the company's files. Point being, if you're a serious vintage bat, equipment or Ruth collector, this will likely be your only opportunity to acquire this superb display piece.
